If you want to build a company – then yes. The 100 Task Playbook is for founders, entrepreneurs, innovators, consultants, managers, corporations, and anyone who is involved in helping a new venture take off the ground (or has plans to do so). While previous founder experience will help you to put the 100 tasks in context, it is by no means a prerequisite to understand or implement the 100 Task process.
The opposite is true: additional resources like videos and ready-to-use Excel sheets will give you hands-on guidance to put the 100 Task process into practice from day 1.
Yes. At Rocket Internet and Bell Ventures, Martin worked with B2C and B2B companies across all different types of industries and sectors. The 100 Tasks contain the strategies, best-practices, and specific tools that he used to make these ventures successful. The Playbook will enable you to apply these strategies and to adapt them to your particular venture and industry.

Yes – but it works. The 100 Task Process has been proven and refined by Martin over the course of 9 years at Rocket Internet and Bell Ventures. During this time he used the knowledge in the Playbook to build approximately 100 companies: 50 at Rocket Internet and 50 at Bell Ventures. Many of these companies have become very successful, went public via an IPO and achieved unicorn status with a multi-billion valuation. Among them are for instance: Zalando, Delivery Hero, and Hello Fresh.
In the three explanatory videos, Martin provides unique insights and real-life cases from his previous experience of building approximately 100 ventures with the 100 Task Launch Process. In the videos he highlights common mistakes in each of the tasks and give you further guidance on how to implement them most effectively. Each of the videos is approximately 20 minutes long.
During the One-on-One coaching you will get tailored advice by Martin during a 1-hour video call (Skype or Zoom). We will ask you for some information upfront so that Martin can come to your session prepared. Previous clients have used this to discuss specific challenges that they face with their company or to get more insights into a particular task in the Playbook. These sessions are usually only accessible for major corporations and offered at a much higher price. Therefore, the One-on-One coaching will only be offered for a limited period of time.

The Playbook will be published in PDF format. If you purchased the videos they will be accessible via online streaming.
